Please read the following terms of service carefully before proceeding with your commission request. By commissioning me, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🍂PAYMENT- Transaction Method: All transactions must be done through PayPal.
- Upfront Payment: Payment or partial payment must be made before the sketching process begins. This ensures commitment and allows me to start working with the assurance of payment.
- Payment Plans: Available for commissions over $40. If you need to discuss a payment plan, please reach out, and we can arrange a schedule that works for both of us.
- Pricing: Prices may vary depending on the complexity and details of the artwork, including characters, scenes, etc. Additional charges will be communicated clearly before the commencement of the project.
- Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback against me, the rights to all the work I've made for you will be retracted. You will no longer be able to receive commissions from me, resulting in your placement on a blacklist and other possible consequences.

🍂PROCESS AND TIMELINE- Sketch Delivery: Commissions can typically take a minimum of 7 days from the start to deliver a sketch. This timeline may vary based on the complexity of the request and my current workload.
- Frequent Communication: I will strive to maintain frequent communication when time allows, keeping you updated on the progress and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
- Patreon Priority: Patreon member commissions have first priority, receiving expedited service as a token of appreciation for their support.
- Potential Delays: As a full-time college student with a part-time job, commissions may experience delays during busy life situations. Your understanding and patience are appreciated.

🍂REVISIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS- Initial Sketch Approval: Initial sketches will be provided for your approval. Major changes or adjustments should be requested at this stage.
- Minor Revisions: Minor revisions are allowed during subsequent stages, but extensive changes may incur additional fees.
- Extra Charges: I reserve the right to charge extra for any major changes and/or some minor changes that were not stated in the description or reference sheet.

🍂USAGE AND RIGHTS- Personal Use: The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. Commercial use must be discussed and will incur additional charges.
- Character Ownership: Characters in the commission must be fully yours unless it is a gift or fan art.
- Artist Rights: I retain the rights to the artwork, including posting it on my social media, portfolio, and other platforms. If you wish for the artwork to remain private, please inform me beforehand.
- Posting: You may post the commissioned artwork on your social media or other platforms, provided you credit me as the artist.
Request for Nondisclosure: If you as a member or client, do not wish to have your commissioned art or any content featuring your work shared on Patreon or other online social platforms, you must make this preference explicitly known to me at the time of commission or submission. This request will be honored; however, depending on the complexity of the artwork and the pricing involved, an additional fee may be applied to compensate for the loss of exposure and potential revenue.
- Prohibitions: You do not have the right to claim the artwork as your own, resell it, or use it for commercial purposes unless explicitly agreed upon. You may not remove my watermark or signature, nor alter the artwork without my explicit permission.

🍂REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS- Non-Refundable: Refunds are generally not available once the sketching process has begun.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that I am unable to complete your commission, a full or partial refund will be provided based on the progress made.
- Cancellations: Commissions can be canceled if issues related to mental health, personal life, business with school or work, or other significant life events arise. I will communicate any such issues early and offer a suitable resolution, including partial or full refunds based on the circumstances.
- Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline requests for commissions from customers.

🍂COMMUNICATION- Primary Channels: Communication is primarily done through Instagram or Discord. Ensure all communications are made through the agreed-upon channels to keep correspondence organized and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Response Time: I will make every effort to respond promptly and keep you informed throughout the commission process. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses, especially during busy periods.
- Behavior: Constant bugging and frequent requests for updates will be ignored to a certain point. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of the commission without a refund.

🍂CONTENT GUIDELINES
- SFW Content: I will draw SFW (Safe For Work) content. For scenes that are slightly mature, please ask to discuss specifics.
- NSFW Content: I will not draw NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including but not limited to:
- Gore
- Smut
- Heavy violence
- Blood: Minor amounts of blood are acceptable, but please discuss the details with me beforehand to ensure they fall within acceptable limits.

🍂MINORS
- Age Requirement: You must be 13 or older to commission me.
- Under 18: If you are under 18, you must have authorization from a guardian or parental figure to commission me. Proof of authorization is not required, but please ensure your guardian or parent is aware of the transaction.
- Refund Policy: Artwork completed past a certain point and refunds over or under a certain amount will not be provided if the parent or guardian is unaware of the transaction. Please make sure to discuss and get approval for the commission to avoid any issues.
